Store It Flat
The conventional wisdom suggests that you hang a bias cut dress for several days before you hem it.
This allows for the bias to relax and the hem to remain straight.
This does work, but go one step further and store this garment flat, after hemming.
If you hang it, the bias will continue to stretch and all your careful hemming will be for naught.
